"The positive changes are real and long-lasting—I've become a calmer, more present person. This class provides the tools and community to truly transform your life from the inside out."
Joel, Participant 2025
"This group is a balm to my spirit, an opportunity to find ground in the chaos of modern life. I’m so grateful for this opportunity to practice in community, for Doug’s gentle, clear, wise teachings, and for the sanctuary of the peaceful space he has created."

"For that hour and a half, I feel completely safe, held, and supported—my nervous system settles and I can finally exhale. I leave feeling deeply grounded, centered, and at home in myself."
